Program Overview

CELBAN Preparation program is designed to prepare international students for Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment for Nurses (CELBAN). This program is specifically for international students who are planning to apply for College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC licensure, College of Registered Nurses of BC licensure, College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of BC licensure, or who are required to demonstrate English language proficiency before entering an occupation in Canada.

The CELBAN prep program is an excellent opportunity to UPGRADE your English for work and study purposes. Our College offers students complimentary CELBAN prep in order to meet their entrance requirements for Health Care programs.

Job Opportunities

This program does not lead to a particular career occupation. The students will be able to enhance their English Language Skills and successfully pass the CELBAN test and enter the career occupation including Nursing, Health Care Professional.

Mature students who are 19 years old or older.

This program does not require approval by the registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills and Training. As such, the registrar did not review this program.
