Mrs. Vandana is the best teacher in this college. I got a chance to take an short course which is related to Nursing program . The way she taught is incredible. She encourages her class to perform well academically, but she concerned with more than just grades. She is very professional. just because of her techniques i am getting my hca license. I am Writing this to appreciate the effort of my Medical Office Assistant Instructor Ritu Sharma. She is such an amazing instructor and also inspiration to me, because of her I have done my MOA course and she also gave reference to my MOA job and I’m working currently. I consider myself lucky to have an instructor like Ritu!

As an internationally educated health professional, I wanted to join the health care field in BC. I enrolled in the HCA- Intro To Practice program at Western Community College and now I am working as a nursing assistant in a hospital with the Vancouver Island Health Authority. I want to thank everybody at Western Community College for their kind cooperation.

I have had a very good experience in this college. I am willing to come back to this college for another course. I will miss you all, especially Mrs. Bajwa, Vandana, Kamal, Cathy and Harman. Mrs. Bajwa is an awesome teacher. I love her and will miss her so much. My blessings and best wishes will always be with this college. Thank you

I want to Thank WCC and my instructor Mr. Afzal Malik for all your support and guidance. I am going to miss my instructors classes. He created my interest in Accounting. I never thought that I would be in this field. I was just in college to do Canadian Taxation course only. It was Mr. Malik who inspired me a lot to do this bookkeeping and accounting program. I don’t have words to say you thank you. He didn’t only teach us accounting but also taught us life lessons. I feel so lucky to have instructor like him. I pray to God for his good health and happiness and for the progress of Western Community College. Thank you again.

Thank you to WCC for helping me to complete my dream. My first step was here and I want my second step to be here too. I would like to come back to this college to do another course. At this age in my life I decided to fulfill my dream and go to college. I accomplished my dream when I graduated from the HCA program at Western Community College. My passion was to always help people in need by working with residents, giving them dignified and quality care in all kinds of settings. I would like to give me heartfelt thanks to WCC for their full support.

I started the program to aspire my dream of working in an Office setting. The program was very intensive and I got to learn so many things like the working culture in Canada, computer skills etc. The teachers were very approachable and the admin staff was very cooperative. I was trained in such a way that I got a job before the completion of program. I loved the learning environment here and would suggest everyone to join Western Community College to turn their career dreams into reality.

I am Birpal Kaur Uppal. I was a student of WCC Abbotsford. I came to this school with little knowledge in this field. I was able to learn how educating myself in the Health Care field benefits not just myself but the community as a whole. I learned how to do the Canadian Language Benchmark test and I was able to pass. I pursued my goal in Health Care by completing my Health Care Assistant course from here. The staff of the school are very helpful and they help the students to brighten their future. The instructors are always there for you and they help you find jobs once your done your course. I would recommend this institution to anyone who is looking to gain a meaningful experience and who are looking to go into the Health Care field.

As the participant of the PBLMT DA training, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the tremendous support that you have provided for me through this program. I was both grateful and honored to join our lovely class.

I came from Vietnam six years ago, and currently live with my husband, my son and my 5-year-old baby girl. As an immigrant, I cherish the opportunities that living in this country offers to me. Moreover, my dental assistant job is perfect for my career, and will also help me with my other responsibilities for my family. I will now have the opportunity for a better life for myself and family.

The classes were very well instructed even though it was fast paced. I really am in disbelief at how much I have learned in such a short amount of time. The instructors were willing to help when we needed it. Hina is such an amazing instructor! She is very understanding, upfront, funny, and a simply beautiful person inside and out! I learned everything I needed to get a job and had a job within the next month after graduating from there!

Thank you again for establishing this program. I hope that one day I could have a chance to help others, as you all have helped both my family and me when we needed your support.

Western Community College helped me to progress in my life. This college changed my life. During our course I learnt many skills. I enjoyed it a lot and made many new friends. I want to thank our loving instructor Jagroop Bajwa. I also want to thank Vandana ma’am who encouraged me all through this course. I want to thank Narender Meet for being a wonderful teacher. Her teaching and interaction methods were nothing but outstanding. I want to thank her, also, for being such an amazing person. She consistently encouraged me to do my best and was extremely supportive in helping me find a job with Vancouver Coastal Health. This opportunity proved to be beyond my expectations, because of how much I benefit from the pay. Lastly, I am really thankful to the college for providing myself and other students with great teachers who encourage a positive and supportive environment. I am planning to do an Acute Care course. I wanted to request management to consider starting this course. Further I believe that Narender Meet would be an excellent choice for teaching Acute Care.
