Youth Digital Entrepreneurship Program

Participants will earn a Completion Certificate in Youth Digital Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment training. Courses include Computer Essentials for Business, Virtual Office Administration, Business Communication and Marketing and Accounting.

Participants will also earn a FREE Laptop upon sign up and receive a $500 COMPLETION BONUS.

They will also gain experience in small and medium-sized businesses using digital technologies and guidance to create a business plan, prepare market research, and roll out a personal business, considering market opportunities in a digital economy.

The purpose of this program is to prepare the students for the business environment. Graduates of this program will be able to further their education in the field of business by pursuing a diploma or higher. Graduates will be able to work in entry-level jobs in business organizations.

Entrepreneurship is often perceived as a skill or a trait that is difficult to learn or develop.
This is not necessarily the case and this program is designed to foster young entrepreneurs to take on risks, evaluate the feasibility of their business ideas, and assist them in the process of starting their own businesses and jump-starting their careers.

The youth digital entrepreneurship program will provide a holistic instructional approach to entrepreneurship, the fundamentals of business management and operation, as well as opportunities for networking and personal growth. Learn the skills to become a successful entrepreneur in as little as 16 weeks.

Eligibility Requirements

A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person legally entitled to work in Canada;

Currently living in British Columbia;

Unemployed or Precariously Employed;

An individual between the ages of 15 and 29

Program Admission Requirements:

Minimum grade 10 or

Completion of College English Language Proficiency Assessment Test (ELPAT)
