Health Care Assistant – Introduction to Practice program helps health care professions from other countries or HCA graduates from outside of BC gang insights to British Columbia’s health care system. Students will be introduced to the healthcare team and the roles and functions of the HCA in British Columbia.
Earn up to $25.00* per hour as a Health Care Assistant
All wages taken from the Canada Job Bank
Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHP), including Nurses from other countries OR Graduate of a HCA program within Canada, excluding British Columbia.
30 Hours
This program does not require approval by the registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. As such, the registrar did not review this program.
