Daily targets should be given to the team and motivate them to complete the work on time. 

Managers should encourage the employees to work harder, and rewards should be given on a daily or monthly basis to the best employee. Feedback should be taken from employees for any work-related problem and try to solve it quickly so that work is not hampered and deadlines are met.

Organizational Skills

Organizational skills are vital for the efficient Management of the store. Budgets and schedules are made by taking care of complete store requirements. Identify the problem in the store and figure out the best solution. Try to cut the unnecessary costs and discounts should be given to escalate the sales. With changing trends, organizational skills are important for rebranding and promoting of the store.

A manager should recognize the areas where improvement is needed and should work on problem-solving. The hiring of the employees should be done on time so that current employees do not feel work pressure and time to time training should be given for improving and enhancing their skills.
