Graduating from Western Community College has been an incredible journey, and I couldn’t be prouder! I started with a diploma in Hospitality Management, and with WCC’s support, I was able to continue my studies and earn my bachelor’s degree. Now, I am officially a graduate of the first-ever BHM batch at WCC!
One of the best parts of my experience was being the first President of the Student Council. Organizing events like the Bazaar, Christmas Eve, and career workshops allowed me to connect with students and support newcomers in finding jobs and settling in. The sense of community at WCC is amazing—students, faculty, and staff are always there to guide and uplift each other.
With the booming hospitality industry, there are endless opportunities. Thanks to WCC, I now have the knowledge, experience, and a three-year post-graduate work permit (PGWP) to explore my career further. My goal is to gain hands-on experience and, one day, open my own restaurant or café.
