New Surrey Campus: A Hub for Innovation, Hands-On Learning, and Future-Ready Careers

Western Community College unveils its largest and most advanced campus in Surrey’s Health & Technology District

Surrey’s skyline has a new landmark. Rising within the City Centre 4 (CC4) building, Western Community College’s newest campus marks a major step forward in the city’s growing Health & Technology District. With modern design, advanced facilities, and over 65 programs under one roof, the new campus reflects both the city’s momentum and the college’s commitment to hands-on, future-focused learning.

For years, WCC has been a launchpad for second chances and new beginnings. Whether it’s a student stepping into healthcare for the first time, an entrepreneur sharpening their business skills, or someone rediscovering their passion through technology, this college has always been about transformation. And now, with this new Surrey campus, that spirit has found its boldest expression yet.

A Place Where Learning Comes Alive

Walk through the doors, and you won’t find silence or stiff classrooms, you’ll find energy.
One floor hums with activity as students in the healthcare labs practice real-world techniques, their confidence growing with every session. Down the hall, the Dental Clinic and Registered Massage Therapy Clinic prepare to open to the public, creating a space where learning quite literally meets healing.

Here, students don’t just study for their future, they step right into it.

In the Heart of Surrey’s Pulse

There couldn’t be a more fitting home for this new campus than Surrey’s Health & Technology District.
Situated right across from Surrey Memorial Hospital, surrounded by researchers, entrepreneurs, and innovators, CC4 places WCC students in the middle of the action, where ideas spark, careers are born, and connections happen over coffee and collaboration.

Just steps away are the upcoming UBC and SFU campuses, a 10,000-seat entertainment arena, and the Hilton Homewood Suites – proof that Surrey isn’t just growing; it’s evolving. And with King George SkyTrain Station minutes away, students can step off the train and right into a world of opportunity.

65 Programs, Endless Possibilities

Inside CC4, you’ll find more than classrooms, you’ll find 65+ ways to reimagine your future.
From healthcare and technology to hospitality, early childhood education, business, and accounting, each program is designed with one core belief: students learn best when they’re part of something real.

Here, “hands-on” isn’t a buzzword, it’s the heartbeat of every course.

Where Futures Begin

For Western Community College, City Centre 4 isn’t just another building on the map – it’s a milestone.
It’s where education meets innovation, where ambition finds direction, and where community and career come together in the heart of Surrey’s most exciting district.

The next generation of healthcare heroes, tech innovators, and business leaders will walk through these doors, and when they do, they won’t just be chasing success. They’ll be building it.

Because CC4 is more than a campus.
It’s where new stories begin.
