WCC now offers IATA Airline Training Programs in partnership with IATA. IATA will provide all Training Materials and conduct online exams. IATA will issue Certificates to qualified students in addition to WCC certificates.

Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) for Cabin Crew Members

Serving the Travel Customer
In this course, students will learn about customer service in the travel industry, highlighting its importance in retaining current and attracting new business. Students will also explore fundamental communication skills essential for positive agent-customer interactions, practical ways to stay in touch with traveling customers, and how to win customer loyalty. Learn how to handle demanding or upset customers, deal with the reality of stress in the workplace, and learn coping strategies for travel professionals.
