The Diploma in Advanced Accounting (DAA) is a concurrent program for Master of Accounting students who choose to graduate after the completion of the Master of Accounting program. This accounting program is designed to provide a complete understanding of concepts, practices, and principles of accounting and taxation.

The DAA program will cover the basic as well as advanced topics of accounting and related fields. After completing this program, students will be able to prepare financial statements and interpret them. They will also learn about intermediate accounting, management accounting, and accounts receivables and payables. This accounting program focuses on developing the critical thinking abilities of students and their ability to work smoothly in decision-based environments. Students who want to qualify as chartered accounts are also suitable for the Diploma in Advanced Accounting program.

Admission Requirements for Program

High school diploma and proof of English Language Proficiency

The student must be 19 years of age or more

Domestic students must have Grade 10 English or successful completion of English Language Proficiency Assessment Test

International students need to submit a proof of English Language Competency by any one of these options- IELTS with 5.5 bands or more, CLB score of 6 or more, PTE academic with 50 or more or any other English language proficiency assessment test with an equivalent score
