TITLE: HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT – INSTRUCTOR
The ideal candidate can teach courses related to the Hospitality Industry (including catering, restaurant management, housekeeping, and Food and Beverage Management).
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract position – According to Different Schedules per period.
LOCATION: Surrey, BC: The candidate must be able to commute to our Surrey Campus.
SCHEDULE: Mornings (Monday to Friday)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR SESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the teaching subject area or related field
- 1 year of experience teaching the same or similar courses at another BC post-secondary institution
- Industry experience will be considered an asset
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Able to prepare detailed lesson plans
- Able to use technology and online teaching technique
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent instructional capability
- Able to maintain professionalism
- Strong Proficiency in English
